Engineer

Job Description:

1. To report to the System Lead/Team Lead/Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement.

2. Assist Team/System Lead in managing Project cost and overall administration for project delivery

3. Responsible for Contract Fulfillment

4. Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

5. To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.

6. To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop.

7. Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors

8. 24/7 standby for fault activation

9. Arrange and conduct monthly meeting with customers.

10. Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration control and management and obsolescence management as well as O & A services.

11. Liaise and manage sub-contracting jobs

12. Office location at Jalan Boon Lay.

13. Candidates will be required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore.

14. To derive data-driven assessment/analysis via digitilisation platforms.

15. Active participation in Digitilisation Initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Positive work ethics and team player

• Takes ownership of responsibilities

• Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments

• Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment

• Inquisitive and a self-starter in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns). Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage.

• Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Radio Communications, basic Networking skills, UPS). Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered. Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA, will be added advantage.

• WSH Certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, etc) will be added advantage.

• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office (words, powerpoint & excel)

• Possess Class 3 Driving License

• Candidates will be subject to security vetting due to job requirements.
