Equity Research Analyst (Buy / Sell Side)

Our client is a single-family office currently hiring an Equity Research Analyst. You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and analysis in AI, semiconductors, and broader US tech sectors and provide data-driven insights to internal teams for product marketing and development. 🎯

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or analysis, preferably in AI, semiconductors, or tech sectors, with proficiency in analyzing large datasets using statistical tools like SAS, R, Python. 📊 🌐

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis in AI, semiconductor technology, and broader US tech sectors.
• Identify trends, predict potential impacts, and offer actionable insights.
• Develop detailed industry reports, market forecasts, and trend analyses to guide strategic planning.
• Collaborate with product development and business strategy teams to integrate findings and support growth goals.
• Engage with technology experts and participate in industry events to stay updated on developments.
• Provide data-driven insights for product marketing and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or analysis, preferably focusing on AI, semiconductors, or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using statistical tools like SAS, R, or Python.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data.
• Track record of conducting independent research and managing projects. Preferred Skills:
• Expertise in statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with current and emerging technologies in AI and semiconductor industries.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
