FACTORY PRODUCTION MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify project obstacles and participate in developing effective solutions.
• Provide accurate and timely communications and provide reports for all assigned projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide support/reviews as necessary.
• Review and resolve production and operational Issues promptly.
• Oversee the reporting process and ensure accurate results for projects.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Implement and control safety and environmental activities within the factory.
• Develop, track, and update a realistic and achievable programme of works and delivery approach at the earliest stages of the projects.
• Manage and oversee the project team to ensure that they meet deliverables to the required standards on time, and without compromising project specifications.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with all project stakeholders.
• Responsible for tracking, recording, and managing the progress and quality of the products along with handover and closeout deliverables.
• Perform other project management duties as and when required.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of handon experience in precision engineering works in Singapore
