Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: F&B / Meat Products
• Position Title: Service Crew / Retail Assistant
• Working Location: Sengkang, Pasir Ris, East Coast, Hougang, Woodlands, Tanjong Pagar
• Working Hours: 6 days, 9 working hours a day on 3 rotating shifts
• Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + OT
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Follow SOP in food preparation to ensure quality consistency.
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness of the outlet.
• Ensure that all products are well stocked and displayed in an orderly manner.
• Perform daily checks on all displayed products’ expiry date.
• Assist with stock ordering when supervisor is not present.
• Perform quality and expiry checks during goods receiving.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
