Finance and Treasury Assistant Manager / Manager

【Position】

・Job Title: Finance and Treasury Assistant Manager / Manager

・Reports to: CFO

・Date of Commencing Services: June 2024 or earliest available

【Responsibilities】

・Prepare financial reports for subsidiaries in Singapore and monitor the day-to-day financial operations in Singapore

・Manage and review financial operations, financial reports from property manager/accounting service providers and liaise with various stakeholders including overseas operations to comply with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

・Assist with group consolidation and management reporting under IFRS, ensuring timeliness and quality of financial reports/data

・Assist with quarterly board papers and SGX reporting

・Assist to liaise with external auditors on auditing/accounting issues and tax reporting

・Assist to prepare monthly and annual financial plans, annual budget, and monthly forecasts

・Implement robust controls and processes across the group and compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

・Responsible for cash management/ treasury operations/ hedging and compliances for bank covenants and assist with bank facilities and treasury related documentation

・Any other job function or request assigned from time to time

【Qualifications and Skills】

・Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus

・5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. Audit experience at the accounting firm is a plus.

・Technically competent, strong analytical and decision making skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

・Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and business partners.

・Knowledge of financial reporting especially for listed companies

・Experience with SAP is a plus

・Strong use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

・Prior experience in finance or related experience in REIT/ real estate industry is preferred
