Finance Controller

Your primary objective will be to ensure that the respective business units deliver against strategy + targets by conducting business controlling activities + driving continuous improvement. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring & advising the Business Fields including respective business & action plans

• Customer Profitability Analysis

• Analysing Profitability and respective trends

• Controlling operational procedures and areas impacting cost/profitability

• Prepare the monthly MIS for the Business Unit

• Excellent IFRS knowledge and application experience

• Coordination and analytical support for forecast/target setting

• Coordination of Investment Applications

• Support of Acquisitions Projects (Due Diligence, Request for Acquisition)

• Enforcement of corporate policies and guidelines

• Secure maintenance and compliance to policies, guidelines, and procedures

• Seek ways to improve efficiency and automate processes

• Manage and follow up corrective action plans

• Act as advisor to the Business fields of the Business Unit

• Transfer Knowledge and Train local Controlling Teams

• Work in alignment with the company’s business strategy and objectives, plus any other

tasks assigned by the superior
