Job Title: Fintech Accelerator Program Manager

We are a leading Fintech Accelerator, dedicated to fostering innovation and supporting startups in the financial technology sector. Our program provides startups access to 500+ private bank and wealth management firms in the US, tailored training, mentorship, resources, and a network of industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the leader of this role, to develop the program plan and own successful execution of the Accelerator program, including Demo Day

- Ensure best practices and execution of the content and curriculum

- Deliver a best-in-class accelerator experience for founders, mentors, partners, investors, and other program stakeholders

- Manage logistics, operations, scheduling, and event planning

- Build strong relationships with mentors, investors, and partners

- Collaborate with the Global Mentor team to facilitate successful matchmaking between founders and mentors on a global level and identify mentors best suited at the program level.

- Host community events and represent the Company at local events

Required Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in operations, event planning, and project management

- Preferred experience within the early-stage venture-backed ecosystem

- Experience in addressing various audiences including founders, clients, and internal stakeholders
