About Our Client

We are partnering with a well-established global MNC organisation in the shipping logistics industry, headquartered in Singapore.

Job Description

• Involve in leading a team for end user support, supporting office/vessel /agent and subsidiary focusing on system implementation and operation encompassing security
• To lead and guide helpdesk members in end-user or Vessel IT support
• Able to set up according to IMO requirements
• To work with vendors and other teams to implement system change according to requirements and checklist

The Successful Applicant

• Has experience supporting Vessel IT's systems and networks
• Has experience leading a small team of members
• Strong knowledge in PC troubleshooting and windows installation as well as fine-tuning
