Front of House

Our client is looking for a Front of House candidate in a popular cafe/restaurant chain.

Job Description:

● Greeting and interact with customers.

● Provide high quality of customer service to customers, meeting the required service standards.

● Prepare coffee-based beverages, teas and food according to PV's unique receipes and procedures.

● Serve food and beverage to customers.

● Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.

● Follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system.

● Perform cashiering duties.

● Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.

● Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.

● Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.

● Minimize wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.

● Report for duty on time and neatly groomed.

● Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.

● Any other duties that may be assigned.

● Salary: below $2.8K

Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience.

● Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.

● Warm and cheerful personality.

● Able to communicate well with customers.

● Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

● Able to work independently and in a team.

● Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

● 5 or 6 alternating work week.

● 8 or 10 hours shift based on roster. Earliest shift starts at 7am and last shift finishes at 7.30pm.
