General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations
• Managing staff
• Set up security policies for company and customer assets
• Ensuring positive cash flow and financial stability of the company
• Conducting sales and marketing activities to promote the company
• Ensuring storage spaces are fully let up within 12 months
• Finding new channels of revenue, such as creating a membership program and organising events
• Improving the performance of and increasing insurance revenue
• Enhancing logistics revenue
• Taking all necessary examinations related to the industry
• Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operations

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of managerial and industry experience
• High level of ethical standards and integrity in dealing with significant values of artworks and confidential information
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Familiarity and extensive experience in the fine art industry is preferred
• Able to work irregular hours
• Prior experience in the role will be an advantage
