Head of HR

Our Client, homegrown manufacturing company is looking for a Head of HR to join them due to the imminent business growth.

The role reports to the CEO of the business and will lead the HR function within the SEA & China region. In doing so, you will be responsible for HR strategies and putting HR policies, structures and processes in place. You will also act as an advisor to the business and leadership team in all matters relating to HR (end to end employee lifecycle including payroll - outsourced).

The successful candidate will be a HR professional with at least 10+ years of HR generalist experience with exposure of SEA & China coverage. Most importantly, you are resilient, agile, have good stakeholder management skills and enjoys working in a diverse and dynamic environment. Current or prior experience working in manufacturing industry is preferred.
