Job Description - Homecare or Daycare, Senior / Staff Nurse (Mon to Fri, office hours) #HKH

Job Scope:

(not limited to)

Conduct home visits, provide chronic disease nursing care, ADLs (if needed)
Communicate & liaise with family / caregiver on physician advise
Coordinate admin process and follow ups
Provide palliative advice & counselling (if applicable)
Nasogatric tube insertion, catheter management, injection, IV, wound care duties

Requirements

Min. Diploma / Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
Valid SNB & BCLS certification
Min. 2-5 years’ of nursing experience from Palliative Care / Geriatric or acute ward experience
Candidates with no palliative nursing experience will be considered as well
