Maintain accurate records of employee attendance & HR database
Administer pay-related leave matters and insurance claims.
Administer all relevant paperwork for employees including employment contracts, onboarding forms, and entry of information into HR system.
Manage employee P-file and data maintenance
HR operations covering payroll for end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, deductions and tax clearance for work pass holders
Responsible in recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process, including job posting, scheduling interviewing, conducting new employee orientations & processing of work pass and tax clearance.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.
