Job Description - HR Admin Consultant

Job Description

GYK is a professional services firm with more than 40 years of presence in Singapore and APAC. As a firm, GYK focuses on Audit, Tax, Corporate Secretary, Consulting, Recruitment and M&A across APAC region. Our consulting team helps clients to analyse, assess and address a wide range of issues by providing insights and deep dive analysis which is invaluable in today's high-risk business environment. We also help to implement and review systems or business processes and ensure third-party providers are working as expected in managing and controlling their existing and future financial regulatory risk.

Currently, we are on a look out for a candidate who is keen to support on internal HR matters while also supporting on external HR projects, including outsourced HR ops.

Responsibilities

  1. To support HR/ Admin duties
  2. Administering leave applications and report
  3. Monitor and constantly update employee and workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis
  4. Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis
  5. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  6. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  7. Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
  8. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  9. Publish and remove job ads
  10. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  11. Develop training and onboarding material
  12. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Working prior working experience or internship in Admin or Human Resource (HR)
  2. Proficient in MS Office Applications
  3. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – Yuvo
  4. Basic knowledge of labour legislation
  5. Good organizational skills
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills
  7. Should ideally holds a diploma or bachelor in Business or related certification
