HR Manager [Japanese Speaking/ Up to $8k]

Responsibilities:

• Competent in full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment
• Oversee all aspects of HR, including employee recruitment, work pass application, compensation, and employee benefits
• Partner with organization leaders to identify training and development needs, and create career development plans for employees
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback mechanisms
• Talent managing of all employees for enhancement of level of the company and employees
• Business trip to Japan and ASEAN, and EU may be involved (Not so frequently)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as HR executive or manager
• Experience of installation of new personnel system
• Business level of Japanese language ability to communicate with Japanese headquarter for the installation
• Experience of full set of HR tasks handling is preferred
• Person who can adapt to changes of trends and can handle tasks with flexibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to ask for colleagues
