Job Responsibilities

• Partner with management to business growth.
• Build effective relationships across all organization levels, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Develop and inspire internal HR capabilities.
• Lead organizational development and transformation efforts, including change management and team building.
• Drive annual performance and compensation reviews.
• Lead in workforce and talent succession planning with senior business leaders.

Job Requirements

• 15- 20 years of working experiences in HR
• Proven success in strategic thinking and partnering with business leaders to drive growth.
