The Role:
We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. You should have a thirst for knowledge, great people skills and the willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
As a sales executive it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer’s needs and preferences. You will have to work hand in hand with your sales team and boutique manager to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to perform cashiering duties and follow-up with customers on after sales services. The entire sales team is responsible for ensuring the boutique is presentable at all times and products are displayed in an attractive manner. Your duties will include negotiating and closing high value sale and handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
