(JP) Field Service Engineer - (Up to $3000)

Summary:

Monthly salary: UP to $3000

Location: Kaki Bukit (East)

Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Roles & Responsiblilties:

• Support the team in meeting both customer and company expectations
• Provide technical support for machines
• Offer direct machine support at local and overseas customer facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Attend weekly meetings and presentations
• Compile technical reports
• Manage specific jigs during service tasks
• Assist Senior Engineers in advanced tasks
• Perform ad-hoc parts delivery to customers
• Conduct service, installation, and troubleshooting tasks locally and internationally
• Maintain and record spare parts inventory in SAP B1

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least an Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering
• Possess excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
• Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and customer service abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experienced in machine setup, installation, modification, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferred but not mandatory
