Working hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours (Not required to work on weekends)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the executive director by providing full secretarial support.
• Brainstorming for fresh ideas to demonstrate appreciation for our clients during the different festive seasons.
• Coordinate business meetings across different stakeholders such as internal & external non-executive directors to optimise company profits.
• Handling sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality & ensuring compliance is accomplished.
• Maintain a systematic filing system & ensure all company documents are safeguarded appropriately.
• Organising company bonding events as well as replenishing office supplies.

Requirements:

• Graduated from local school Diploma/A Levels/University Degree
• Keen interest in the finance sector
