We are looking for a Learning and Culture, Senior / Manager to join our team!

Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of L&D processes to determine needs and ensure effectiveness of programs design, development and implementation.
• Create and drive multiple learning and keeping abreast of trends, needs, ideas and innovation, introducing and incorporating innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development.
• To drive and embed the group’s culture, beliefs and nature.
• Able to facilitate and conduct internal trainings and orientations for new employees.
• Ensures that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
• Identify, establish and build network and partnerships with providers and partners and relevant government agencies on initiatives, grants and sponsorships.
• Preparation of training budget, training plans and reports.
• Develops internal training program based on training plan for the year.
• Makes recommendations of internal and external teaching resources.
• Manage the learning and development team and its structure to develop competencies of the team.

Requirements:

• Good professional track record
• Good leadership skills
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
• Able to coach and guide team along by imparting knowledge and role modeling.
