Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchase of finished goods from Company's Suppliers.
• Liaise with key personnel from overseas suppliers to ensure goods are produced and shipped on time.
• Liaise with overseas and local forwarders to deliver goods in Singapore in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team on sales forecasts and promotional items, ensure optimal stock management and stock availability.
• Prepare purchase orders, organize and confirm delivery of goods and services.
• Actively participate/lead projects related to stock procurement or other inventory related projects.
• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned.
