Job Purpose
The F&B Outlet Manager will be in charge of 1 outlet. His/her responsibilities will include ensuring smooth daily operations, manpower planning and staff development, maintaining consistent customer service and food quality, and delivering improvements in sales and business results.
Main Responsibilities
1) Ensuring smooth daily operations of the outlet
2) Ensuring Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety
3) Management & Training/Development of Staff
4) Delivering Sales & Profit
Requirements
- Able to work in both FOH and BOH roles
- Team player with good leadership and communications skills
- Committed and passionate in F&B business
- Able to work 6 days a week and on weekends/PH
