Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to be part of the Marketing team. You will be responsible for marketing design initiatives and campaigns for retails brands.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics including delivery platforms, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports on marketing activities and results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operation, research and development team, to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence, engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and driving user engagement.
• Handling customer feedback and concern on various platforms.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and enhance brand image.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, website content, and promotional materials.
• Support administrative duties from Marketing department.
• Any other work assigned by the manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
• Entry Level Candidates are welcome to apply
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communication in the food & beverage industry will be desired
• Creative with an excellent aesthetic sense with a strong communication and presentation skills
• Sensitive to changes in consumer trends and lifestyles
• Willing to work in the West
