Mechanical & Electrical Engineer[ M&E works preferred/ Main contractor]

Job Description & Requirements:

• Coordinate and collaborate closely with consultants/clients and subcontractors to oversee the progress of M&E work and adhere to project schedules.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve on-site issues with owners/consultants to facilitate smooth project progress.
• Conduct weekly M&E meetings with subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing of work and inform site supervisors to prevent clashes.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Obtain approval for all M&E shop drawings, materials, and method statements prior to use.
• Possess relevant working experience in condominium/building projects.
