Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collection of goods from suppliers
• Delivery of orders to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Communicate with customers on delivery status of goods
• Render good service to customers on delivery requests, payment collection and other services
• Upkeep and maintenance of vehicle
• Assisting warehouse assistants in the picking and packing of customers' orders, and housekeeping of the warehouse, whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s license
• Familiar with the service standards and customers' expectations in e-commerce operations
• Minimum of 2 years' delivery experience (e-commerce delivery experience preferred)
• Able to handle delivery runs of up to 7 to 7.5 hours daily, Monday to Saturday
• Responsible, focused & motivated team player with a positive attitude
