*NEW* 9 Months Contract Operations Analyst - Foreign Banks

Job Duties:

• Perform day-to-day payment operations tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize payment operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance automation.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and improve operational performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Generate regular reports and analysis to track key performance metrics and identify trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payment operations and automation.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in payment operations or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of treasury and cash management services and related regulatory requirements
