Operation Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This is basically indoor role and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the department he/she is in charged.
• Maintain documentation and stock movement in daily operations.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and related parties.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and communicate with different departments and team members.
• Report to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Handle ISO documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in related field
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in similar role in relevant field
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with teams.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Working Hours and Benefits:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat (WFA) 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Annual leave of 14 days
• Bonus given twice a year. Range from min 1 month to 2.5 month upon performance appraisal.
• Additional paid leave, e.g. birthday leave, etc
