• Position Title: Operations Supervisor
• Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production supervisor to ensure efficient production processes and uphold quality standards as per procedures.
• Identify and promptly resolve production issues like equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or deviations from standard procedures.
• Work with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Foster a positive work environment for teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Address employee concerns or conflicts professionally for a harmonious workplace.
• Supervise the maintenance department for equipment reliability and uptime maximization.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance services as needed.
• Evaluate production processes for optimization and efficiency enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across the production environment.
• Perform ad hoc duties and any other tasks assigned by the company.

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of related experience in food manufacturing industry.
• Able to commit OT as and when needed.
