Outlet Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of beverage outlet operations with a sharp focus on quality and efficiency.
• Recruit, build and manage a team of outlet service staff .
• Enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Improve operations workflow and optimise outlet space/equipment layout
• Maintain safe and healthy workplace by enforcing standards and procedures
• Drive the service team to meet the outlet sales target.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure supply of high quality raw materials.
• Handle customer issues.

Requirements:

• Ability to work 6 days a week and willingness to work overtime whenever necessary to meet business needs.
