Parts Executive (Automotive)

Roles and Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Perform regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.

- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent losses and discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations:

- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and layout planning.

- Supervise loading and unloading processes to maintain safety and efficiency.

Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders for timely delivery and receipt of goods.

- Handle documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Quality Control:

- Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods meet quality standards.

- Address and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies with HQ and customers.

System Management:

- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and software for tracking inventory and managing operations.

- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on inventory status, shipments, and warehouse activities.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and injuries.

Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfilment.

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the customer service team to handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.

Administrative Tasks:

- Prepare and submit sales reports and other required documentation.

- Prepare delivery order, invoices and ensure payment is received.

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP.
