Payroll Assistant HR Assistant (Payroll Joo Koon $ 2800 to $ 3200)

• Basic $ 2600 to $ 3200 + AWS + VB

• Working location: Joo Koon, Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll and overtime processing
• Prepare payroll reports required for interna use and/or submission to relevant authorities
• Process government claims (employee maternity leave, childcare leave, in-camp training and etc)
• Attend to regulatory surveys, audits and system
• Review and ensure payroll procedures are aligned with corporate governance controls
• Assist with preparation of salary and allowances budget and reviews
• Leave administration
• Submit employees’ yearly income to IRAS (IR8A & IR21)
• Liaise with operations to ensure data is accurate, timely & complete
• Participate in the implementation of new system
• Employee data management and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in HR / Payroll / Accountancy or equivalent
• Knowledge in Timesoft System would be advantageous
