Production Executive (Packaging Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the production team operator and technicians to achieve daily targets and quality standards.
• Organize the production teams' workflow and meet the production goal.
• Create a duty roster for technicians and operators, assign tasks, and schedule and approve overtime appropriately.
• Closely collaborate with the production planner to ensure that shipments.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts with other engineering groups and departments to tackle production-related problems.
• Compiling and keeping track of the monthly report production related matters
• Determines and evaluates the sources of production losses and excessive waste and ensures that remedial or preventative action is implemented as needed.
• Execute an action to prevent any issues with the product, process, or quality system.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4-6 years of work experience in a similar industry.
• Experience in handling a team and manufacturing processes.
