Job Description

• Salary Package: Basic $1,800 + OT + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production of optical products, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assemble optical components and products according to specified procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Record production data accurately and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist in packing and labeling finished products for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment and processes, escalating more complex problems as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

• Minimum GCE O-level.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in optical manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to report issues clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
