Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.15am – 6.00pm
Salary: $2700-$3300

Job Scopes:

* Assist in preparation of quotation and all incoming sales enquiry matters.

* Assist in following up of sales requisite form, sales order, delivery note and goods receipt.

* Follow progress of quotation and sales order with customers regularly.

* To coordinate with site representative on all project and site operation.

* To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on the contractual works.

* Assist to plan/monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.

* Provide general administrative duties as required by the department.

* All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

* Degree in architecture, quantity surveyor, civil engineering or any related field.

* Must have experience and on-the-job-training will be provided.

* Able to operate in Microsoft office like Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.

* Able to read architect or engineering drawing.

* 2-3 years experience in Project Assistant
