Project Engineer (Maintenance )

Job Responsibility:

• Manage and supervise a team of operational staff to meet the KPIs.
• Prepare & submission of product catalogue/technical data, Permit to work applications (PTW), shop drawing, method of statements, Drawings, Risk Assessment and O&M to client.
• To assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.
• Provide daily, Weekly & Monthly report work status and report to management.
• Responsible for all site matters and all documentation for sites assigned.
• Ensure site work on schedule and according to the scope of contract.
• To resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
• ⁠Review and analyse project requirements and design specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• ⁠Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards.
• ⁠Coordinate with the consultants and contractors / subcontractors to resolve any Project technical / site issues.
• Implement and manage standardised operations procedures.
• Develop strategies and solutions to optimise cost, manpower scheduling and deployment.

Job Holder’s Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building or Facility Management
• At least 3 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
