Job Description - Purchase Executive [Lentor

Position Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Lentor (Shindo Industrial 787817)
Working Day: 5 day work week (include weekend &PH)
Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm /10.30am -8pm (Shift)
Salary: $1,800-$3,000

Job Description

Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Assist with hamper packaging

Requirement:

Work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
Understanding of supply chain procedures
