Job Description - Purchasing Assistant // Basic $3500 (057)

5 days; 9am-6pm
Performance Bonus provided
Location: West Area

Job Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing information: handling invoices, preparing PO, and make sure supplier's invoices are matched with PO
Purchase and maintain supplies meet quality standards
Coordinate with chefs and supervisors regarding the purchased items.
Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues immediately.
Manage daily supplies for the central kitchen, food stalls, and office supplies
Need to source, negotiate, and coordinate the best pricing with suppliers.
Assist HR & Admin Manager with partial HR & admin functions, such as dormitory arrangement, renewing certificates, scheduling vendors and vehicles maintenance.
