Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure strict compliance with all product safety and hygiene standards in our production facility.
- Ensure all quality and food safety control processes align with the company's standards, HACCP, ISO, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct thorough QA audits within the production kitchen and compile comprehensive QA reports.
- Handle, analyze and investigate product complaints or quality issues, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage food safety and halal audits conducted by clients, SFA, MUIS, and other relevant authorities.
- Familiar and stay updated with food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance and quality control role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, positive work attitude, and self-initiative.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, MUIS, ISO22000, FSSC22000, and related standards.
