Quality Engineer (ISO9000-Manufacturing/Facilities) - Up to $4500 Bonus WEST

• Position: QA/QC Engineer (Manufacturing/Marine)
• Location: Tuas Crescent - Company transport provided (Pick up point at Jurong East and Marsiling MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am- 5.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4500+ 14 days Annua leave+ Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Wholesale of diesel-powered generators

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Engineering and Production team to develop incoming quality, in-process Quality and Outgoing Quality requirements
• Responsible for all Quality plans of all products to meet customers specifications
• Work with relevant agencies to adhere to certification requirements when required Work with management to establish/maintain company's QMS and is Management Representative (MR) of company
• Work with Procurement/Purchasing to ensure that contractors/suppliers quote/supply items that meet customer's specification.
• Working out costing of products when required by management
• Responsible for all equipment calibration/maintenance program within the company
• Complete other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Min 1 year relevant experience
• Diploma in Engineering/Degree in Mechanical/ Marine Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in handling project Audit and liaise with internal & external auditor
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
