Job Description

• Client Management:Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
  Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
  Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information on features, benefits, and pricing.
  
• Market Analysis:Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
  Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in luxury real estate.
  Provide clients with insights and advice on market conditions and property investments.
  
• Sales and Negotiation:Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals.
  Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and rental agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  Prepare and present offers and counteroffers with professionalism and precision.
  
• Marketing and Promotion:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings, together with the Marketing Manager.
  Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to reach a wider audience.
  
• Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
  Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with accuracy.
  Maintain thorough and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
  

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
  
• Skills and Competencies:Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
  Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  
• Licensing:Valid real estate license in Singapore.
