• Salary: up to $5,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

This role will be responsible for managing the existing investments of the firm and developing new business opportunities in the real estate realm. A minimum of JLPT N2 is required in this role to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.

■ Research
• Survey of global countries
• Corporate analysis, financial analysis
• Case study for surrounding projects
■ Documentation
• Documentation check
• Translation of contract
• Documentation legal check
■ Preparation of reports, etc.
• Preparation of minutes
• Preparation of approval forms and reports

Job Requirement

• Must know how to read balance sheet of financial accounting report
• Good communication & writing skills to liaise with bilingual speaking colleagues (Business level English & Japanese, at least N2 level and above) and to liaise with Japanese counterparts
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn, able to learn fast and great sense in responsibility
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail
