Job Description - Receptionist (Dental Clinic)

Company’s Profile:

One of the leading dental groups in Singapore, the clinic is looking for Front Desk Executives to join their vibrant and fun-loving team to assist with their expanding operations.

Candidates with no experience but very keen in dental line are welcome to apply.

Work locations available: Tanjong Pagar, Mountbatten or Bedok (to be confirmed after interview)

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk duties including handling patients’ appointments and answering phone calls
Submit insurance/medisave/CHAS online claims
Assist Dental Surgeons with sterilization of dental instruments
Monitor inventory for dental supplies

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience as Receptionist would be an added advantage
Able to work on weekends and until 8pm / 9pm (actual working hours will be scheduled according to roster)
