Job Description - Retail Executive (Japanese lifestyle store)

Company’s Profile

Established since 1980, they have captured the hearts of many loyal consumers globally for their minimalistic Japanese lifestyle products for home-use. Their popularity as a Japanese consumer brand has skyrocketed them to success across the world. They are on the lookout for Retail Executives to assist their retail operations.

Location: Parkway Parade mall

Working hours: 5 days work week. Rotating shifts 11am - 9pm / 11.30am - 9.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service
Achieve sales target
Inventory checking
Maintains and housekeep the retail outlet and storeroom
Performs POS and cashiering transaction

Requirements:

Customer service experience in retail industry
Able to work on weekends
