Sales Administrator (Bulim/5 days/Transport/up to $2800)

Job scope:

• Handle day-to-day operations for key accounts including order processing invoicing and reporting
• Liaise with customers and internally to ensure material availability and fulfill shipment
• Follow up and update customers their order and or delivery statuses to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Work closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customer requests and questions
• Able to work under pressure (especially during month end)

Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE 'N' or O' level, Diploma in any discipline
• Candidates with no experience can apply
• Diligent, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to multitask and adaptable to changes
• Must be independent, possess good follow up skills, meticulous and mature team player
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel functions e.g. v-lookup, pivot table
