Sales Executive - InsurTech Solutions

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of Success Insurance, our innovative ERP software for general insurance agencies and brokers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and technology in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies to expand our client base among insurance agencies and brokers in Singapore
• Prospect and qualify new leads, leveraging various channels to identify potential clients
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations of Success Insurance
• Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Collaborate with our product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain our competitive edge
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B software or financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools

Preferred Experience:

• Background in insurance agency operations or brokerage
• Knowledge of accounting principles relevant to insurance businesses
• Familiarity with SaaS products and their sales cycles
