• Responsible for developing and implement busuiness plan and effective engineering solutions.
• Compile technical & commercial offers in accordance with customers’ requirements for tender submission in close coordination with the service business unit.
• Submitting all clarifications on site on going project and installantion with pre-order materail negotiation with suppliet & customers.
• Support on calculating total cost of project and establishing a tendering budget cost.
• Coordinate with all client , Supplier and Sub contractor parties involved (internal & external) in the prpearion of quote.
• Monitor all phases of project through various reports and communicate to customers.
• Ensure commitments to customers are met including on-time-delivery performance and all necessary documentation is received from customers.
• To liaise with customers effectively and carry out continual improvement.
• Advise management on projects progress.
• Liaise with Sales Managers/Proposal Team on the Tender/RFP/RFQ submission request and tender proposal outline.
• Work on tender specifications, distribution of Tender/RFP/RFQ documents and consolidation of Tender/RFP/RFQ clarification list etc.
• Prepare Bill of Materials and Costing for Tender/RFP/RFQ
• Coordinate/work with different stakeholders to obtain the necessary info required for Tender/RFP/RFQ submission.
• Track and follow up with the Sales Manager/proposal team for the return of the proposal write-up.
• Provide any required administrative support to ensure the Tender/RFP/RFQ proposals are submitted within the tender timeline and ensure compliance with the required mode of proposal submission.
• Secure necessary approvals based on internal processes and meet tender submission deadlines by customers

Requirements:

Good leadership.

• Diploma / Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical.Able to liaise with all levels.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.Positive, mature, independent and able to work in fast-paced environment.
