Job Description - Sales Support Executive [S$3,500 / Woodlands] - 1200

Sales Support Executive

Working Day: Monday to Friday & Alternate Sat
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm & 8:30am - 1:30pm (alt Sat)
Working Location: Woodlands
Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,500

Job Description:

Handle customers' enquiries, prepare sales quotations, processing sales order, sales invoice and logistics management.
Update products price list, brochure and distribute marketing materials to all customers.
Assist in marketing communications, including maintenance of websites and social media platforms.
Ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent.
Knowledge with photo and video editing software, Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage.
Relevant working experiences.
