Security Operation Executive

OPERATION EXECUTIVE for Security Agency Located at Woodlands

- Must be able to travel island-wide for Meetings

- Deployment of Security Manpower

- Schedule their work shift, Leave

developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures

• Recruiting, training and supervising security officers

• Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team

• Attend regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs

• Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms.

• Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently

• Create reports for management on security status

• To motivate and discipline all your subordinates

• The company shall revise your roles and responsibilities again in the future and shall inform you if there are any changes.

• To assist your superior in performing day to day operations of the company

• To take charge of all security officers and office staff’s daily attendance and to submit to the HR Department on a daily basis.

Candidate Requirements :

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OE (Security)

• Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses

• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.

• Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning

• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills

• Posess own vehicle with valid license is a plus
