Job Description - Senior Accounts Executive

Prepare full set of financial statements
Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
Able to handle financial and management reporting
Able to perform tax computations, CPF and GST submission
Payroll/HR duties
ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
Min 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Shipping industry
Knowledge of ACCPAC ERP is a plus
Independent worker, team player, responsible
Self-motivated
Work by Tai Seng MRT
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting , Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
