You will be part of the Marketing Communications team handling two properties. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, this role challenges your strategic and creative thinking to plan, organize and execute various marketing projects for online and offline events, loyalty programme, contests, and campaigns. Additionally, you are required to drive revenue through the sales and marketing of our events spaces and advertising spaces, with close liaison with tenants of the mall as well as external vendors.
To succeed in the role, you must be creative, self-motivated and results orientated.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing projects ensuring that objectives and key performance indicators are achieved
- Enhance customer experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive patron’s traffic and increase tenant’s sales
- Tracks and manages expenditures against budget
- Established good working relationship with agencies, vendors, event organizers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Liaise and work closely with tenants for events and promotions
- Work in tandem with agencies on curation of social media content
- Support in managing of the Customer Service team and attend/reply to incidents and feedback received
- Collaborate with Group-wide Marcom initiatives as required
- Ensure that the website, directories, and various advertising platforms and signages are updated timely
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, respond to new enquiries, source and review new collaboration opportunities with third parties for leasing of spaces in the mall; ensuring targets are achieved
- Compile and generate reports for submission on regular basis
- Administrative work including but not limited to generating of Purchase Orders, processing of invoices, following up on paperwork, e-filing etc.
- To undertake any ad-hoc related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Communications, Marketing or related discipline
- Entry level candidates in marketing/ mass communication or equivalent, with 1 to 2 years shopping mall marketing communications experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in digital and social media performance marketing
- Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong in written and oral communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on weekends or overtime when required
